Rules for receiving international shipments in European countries

If the customs declaration contains incorrect data or the recipient was absent at the time of the address delivery and therefore the delivery was not made, the delivery service moves the parcel for self-collection to the nearest local branch of the national post office of the recipient’s country.

In the event that the recipient did not respond to the message of the national post office of the recipient country, the delivery service returns the parcel to the Meest warehouse, from where it can be returned to the sender in Turkey or, after clarification of the details, sent for redelivery.

Pay attention!
The return of the shipment or its redelivery is billed separately and paid by the sender.
